Based on income guidelines, households may qualify for assistance in winterizing their home.  Such projects could include insulating, weather-stripping, caulking, or repairing windows, in order to reduce fuel costs, increase furnace efficiency and air infiltration, in addition to maintaining the healthy air quality, and carbon monoxide levels.
